From Amazon's innovation lab to your AI strategy
I spent 25 years inside companies like Amazon, Motorola, and Teva — not theorizing about innovation, but building the programs, running the workshops, and shipping the products. I've also been Director of Products at two startups — one in learning technologies, one in VR/AR — where I learned what it takes to build from zero.
When generative AI arrived, I realized the missing piece wasn't the technology — it was the strategic thinking. Now I help leaders stop treating AI as a science project and start treating it as a business tool.
Today I serve as AI Thematic Lead at Innovationsledarna (Sweden's Innovation Leaders Association), where I lead the AI thematic group shaping how Sweden's top innovators approach artificial intelligence. I'm also co-founder of Global Green Action Day, bringing the same innovation mindset to sustainability.
