AI agents speaker and workshop for executives in Stockholm

A Stockholm-based session that helps your leadership team decide where AI agents create value and how to govern them. Led by a former AWS Nordics innovation lead who lives and works here.

Most leadership teams in Stockholm have already seen the AI agent demos. What they need next is judgment: which parts of the business should become agent-powered, which decisions must stay human, and how to run agents without losing control. That is the session.

I am Amir Elion, based in Stockholm. I led Digital Innovation for AWS across the Nordics, and I now run executive sessions on AI agents through my practice and the companion resource at aiagentsforexecutives.eu. The sessions are built for boards, C-suites, and business-unit leaders, not for engineers.

What the session covers

Where agents actually create value

The Why / What / How framework for selecting agent use cases: start from the business reason, define the work precisely, then decide how much autonomy the stakes allow. Your team applies it to its own operations, not to generic examples.

Managing agents like teammates

An AI agent needs the same five things a new teammate needs: a clear job, real context, the right level of autonomy, the right tools, and monitoring. Set them on purpose and the agent earns its place. Skip them and you have a fast, confident new starter left entirely alone.

Governance and the operating model

What controls, escalation paths, and human accountability real agent deployments require, and how to design them before the pilot rather than after the incident.

The next 12 months

A prioritized portfolio of agent opportunities scored by value, feasibility, and risk, plus one fully specified pilot with an accountable executive sponsor. Leaders leave with a plan, not a reading list.

Formats

K

F

Full-day executive workshop

A full day. Deeper mapping, a specified pilot, and a 30/60/90-day implementation plan with a named executive sponsor. Best for a single leadership team going from interest to action.

Why a Stockholm-based facilitator

In-person sessions across Stockholm and the Nordics are straightforward because I live here. That means an easy pre-briefing call, a session tuned to the Swedish and Nordic context, and a facilitator your team can meet again. I work with Swedish organizations regularly and hold the AI Thematic Lead role at Innovationsledarna, Sweden's association for innovation leaders. Sessions are delivered in English by default and in Swedish on request.

Frequently asked questions

Who runs AI agents workshops for executives in Stockholm?

Amir Elion runs AI agents workshops for executives and leadership teams in Stockholm. He is a former AWS Nordics Digital Innovation lead, based in Stockholm, and AI Thematic Lead at Innovationsledarna. Sessions focus on where agents create value, how to manage them, and what to decide next, rather than on the underlying technology.

Is the session in-person in Stockholm or remote?

Both. Amir is based in Stockholm, so in-person sessions across the city and the Nordics are straightforward. Remote sessions are also available for distributed leadership teams and international audiences.

What is the difference between a keynote and a workshop on AI agents?

A keynote (30-60 minutes) gives your leadership team a clear mental model of what agents are and where they matter. A workshop (half or full day) is hands-on: the team maps its own highest-value agent opportunities, works through governance and operating-model questions, and leaves with a prioritized action plan.

What frameworks does the session use?

Two frameworks developed by Amir. Why / What / How, for selecting the right agent use cases. And Managing AI Agents Like Teammates, for defining an agent's job, context, autonomy, tools, and monitoring. Both are practical decision tools, not technical theory.

Can the session be delivered in Swedish?

Sessions are delivered in English by default, which suits most Nordic leadership teams. Swedish can be arranged on request. Amir is based in Stockholm and works regularly with Swedish organizations.
