Amir Elion is the CEO of Think Big Leaders, AI Thematic Lead at Innovationsledarna, and a former AWS Nordics Digital Innovation Program lead. Over 25 years he has built innovation programs inside Amazon, Motorola, and Teva, and shipped products as director of products at two startups. He helps executive teams make AI actually useful, grounded in building real things.

Amir Elion is an AI strategist and innovation builder with 25 years of operator experience across Amazon, Motorola, and Teva, plus director-of-products roles at two startups in learning tech and VR/AR. At AWS he led the Digital Innovation Program for the Nordics, sharing Amazon's Working Backwards methodology with enterprises across the region.
He now runs Think Big Leaders, advising executive and product teams on AI innovation and operating-model transformation. He is AI Thematic Lead at Innovationsledarna (the Swedish Innovation Leaders Association) and co-founder of Global Green Action Day. Featured in the Innovate Stockholm book (2026). His work is grounded in building real things, not hype. Based in Stockholm, speaks internationally.

Language and travel
All talks are delivered in English. Amir also speaks Spanish and Hebrew on stage. Based in Stockholm, available across Europe and internationally, and online.
Typical AV setup
Wireless lavalier microphone preferred, headset as an alternative. 16:9 projection with HDMI, from Amir's own laptop. Audio output to the house PA, because slides may include short video clips. A confidence monitor is useful but not required.
For workshops: tables for 4-6 people, a whiteboard or flip chart per table, markers and sticky notes. Allow 30 minutes for a mic check and slide test, or 60 minutes at an unfamiliar venue. We confirm the details on the briefing call.
